Solid simcoe-hopped DIPA, slightly hazy in appearance but more west coast in execution. Pineapple on the nose, flavor has fleeting tropical fruits quickly overcome by resiny notes and a lasting aspirin-like bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation, slightly watery. For my tastes could be a bit fuller-bodied and while the bitterness is bracing could be tamped down just a smidge. Strong and aggressive offering.
