Poured into a Sester stange. Pours a hazy, medium golden amber with a two finger white head that dissipates to a persistent thick cap with light lacing. Aroma of lightly grainy malt, mild grassy hops with a light floral element, light apple and pear. Flavor is moderate grainy malt, grassy hops, hay, light lemon and apple, and some graham cracker. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A mellow domestic example of the style, with a subdued, but to-style malt, expected light fruit and a fairly light noble hop character. Needs a little more rough graininess to the malt and a bit more assertive hops, tastes good and is well balanced.

Nice copper color with a a bright white, thick head. Head dissipates quickly though. Nose herbal, best way I can describe it. Taste is light and much like a pilsner. Not much after flavors or feels.
