This style is brewed with rice in addition to barley in the grain mix. Rice provides fermentable sugars, while keeping the beer light in color & body. Hop bitterness is low but mildly perceptible, providing a balance to grain sweetness.

A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that quickly settled down and left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of rice are present in the nose along with hints of floral and grassy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of sweetness from the malts and a faint amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is very easy to drink and has just enough in the way of hops to keep this from being sweet.
