On tap at the brewery, listed as a Double IPA and named after daughter#2.
Slightly hazy golden amber color with a dense head of clotted foam.
Aroma is malt forward followed quickly by pine pitch and orange marmalade notes - very inviting.
Flavor is well balanced with hops playing a supporting but prominent role behind the malt lead.
Good caramel and grain character in harmony with bitterness that builds as it warms.
Nearly full bodied with a very tasty finish and lingering booze tickle.
