On-tap at the Beachwood BBQ, in Seal Beach, CA,
A: Pours a light ruby red, with pink tones, with a small off-pink head, pretty colour.
S: Horse blankets, cherries, mustiness.
T: Cherry flavour predominately, real cherry taste which is refreshing, with a light acetic acidity and funk.
M: Definitely not as brashly acidic as other lambics that I've had which is fine, though the overall body of the beer is a bit too thin and watery.
D: A fine beer from Rubicon, this beer went fast and I would have liked to have had some more.

10 oz wine chalice at Rubicon
A - Pours a light red, with no head. Indicative of a Lambic made with sour cherries.
S - Wow. Mashed green olives and cherries.
T - Notes of sour cherries, and green olives.
M - At first it was slightly tart, but the finish of cherries was excellent.
D - Definitely could have a couple as the taste makes me want more.
