On-tap at Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours yellow with a soft white head, solid retention, light lace.
S: Mild, some nice grainy bready notes, bit of minerality.
T: This tastes almost exactly like Anchor Steam. I know it's the same style, but it really tastes like a clone. Good bready malt flavour, grassy hops, some mineral flavour.
M: Light-bodied, crisp, frothy, fairly smooth lager yeast character.
D: If you like Anchor Steam, you will like this beer, really nothing more to say.
