Tasted in a tall tulip from draft at 1840 Brewing Company on September 29, 2018. An all wheat ale brewed at Vennture and fermented with 1840 house mixed culture. Brewed with white wheat, red wheat, flaked wheat and raw wheat. It’s dry, crisp, tart and funky.
