Tasted in a snifter from draft at Vennture Brew Co. on February 23, 2019. Citra and Idaho 7 hops jump into your nose parts. We used a NEIPA base and didn’t boil the wort, hoping to preserve the proteins that the hop oils cling to. Lower bitterness to increase drinkabilty.
