Very hazy straw color with a white head, this NEAPA tosses off bright citrus and earthy, almost oniony (how’s that word work for you) aromas thanks to the Citra and Simcoe hop bill. This is in my APA sweet spot before the first sip.
That sip features flavors that follow the aforementioned aromas, with juicy oranges and grapefruit from the Citra and that ubiquitous Simcoe hop flavor that I really enjoy, but what really stands out with this beer is the mouthfeel, which is as crisp as a freshly minted C-Note.
What a pleasure this flavorful NEAPA is to drink.

16 oz can, dated 10/28/19, poured into a shaped pint glass
A- A hazy golden straw with a two finger white head.
S- Citrus, grapefruit, citrus zest, some pineapple, slightly earth, touch of sweetness.
T- Citrus, some tropical fruits, melons, some grapefruit, touch of malts, a little earthy.
M- Smooth, medium body, creamy.
O- A very tasty hazy pale ale and easy to drink. Flavors have a nice balance and the creamy mouthfeel brings it together.
