It has very attractive appearance with maroon color and off-white head. Aroma is dominated by fruitiness with black currants and slightly lactic sourness, but bready malty notes are in background. It tastes moderately tart and strongly fruity with currants, but slightly bready and even slightl salty (it's still a gose) flavors are detectable. Smooth on the palate; acidity of lactose is not sharp. Medium bodied and effervescent. Perfectly refreshing, innovative and tasteful; nice try!
