Boar is exclusively hopped with varieties of hops from Germany. Boar presents with golden straw haze with hints of white grapefruit.

One of the most unusual NEIPAs I’ve tasted in a while. Newer German hops, although I don’t think Mandarina is in the mix. Very piney, some spruce, a bit dank. Different flavor profile than the usual citrus filled NEIPA. These hops are possibly better suited for a different style. Possibly, a Brett IPA, or a wine barrel aged beer.
