On-tap 12/30/2021 at the brewery’s taproom in Providence, RI, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a bright gold color, with a large off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains lager yeast, some hops and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out bready with flavors of lager yeast and a light malt character. Then some mild sweetness follows. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly bready.
M: Smooth and very crisp, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not filling at all, mild kick, very good representation of style. This is a very solid lighter beer to drink for a long time.

Pours an orange-gold with a tight band around the shoulders and a light haze to the clarity. Nose is clean with some grassy notes. Taste follows nose with some light, bready/biscuity qualities towards the back. Mouthfeel is light in body with an even, easy carbonation just shy of lively. Overall, a solid, easy-drinking pils.
