16oz. can served in a willibecker. pours a lovely, translucent straw-gold with a loose, quarter inch, fizzy, off-white head the quickly sizzles and disperses towards the shoulders. Nose suggests hints of citrus zest, cloves and bubbelgum/banana esters in the background. Taste consistent with nose; however, a neutral, bready, malt profile dominates upfront with the characters expressed in the nose following behind and finishing with the bready character. Mouthfeel is light in body with a lively carbonation and a semi-dry finish. Overall, a little lackluster - flavors don't really pop and it comes off a bit watered down.
