16oz. can served in a willibecker. Pours a hazy straw gold with a rocky, two inch, bright white head honeycombed with craters that quickly dissipates into a textured slick. Nose is clean and grassy with notes of lemon and bread dough. Taste consistent with nose - more lemon and yeast than suggested by the nose. Mouthfeel is light in body with an easy, even carbonation. Overall, I haven't had too many beers of this style; however, this one is delightful and quite refreshing. Really well-crafted. Nice job!
