Imperial Stout w/Cinnamon and Cacao Nibs - Pours opaque black. Milk chocolate and candied fruit on the nose. Subtle flavors of cinnamon, cacao, toffee, and roast round out the flavor profile. Thick, but easy sipping.

16oz. can served in a Spigelau tulip. Pours an inky black with a dense, one inch, mocha-colored head embedded with craters and pinpricks that slowly recedes into a consistent slick. Nose reveals hints of milk chocolate and spice in the background. Taste follows nose with the addition of a hint of brewer's licorice. Cinnamon doesn't really make much of an appearance except in the mouthfeel.. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an even carbonation and a kiss of heat from the cinnamon, I imagine. Overall - abv is pretty well-hidden; however, it's a little too subdued and needs more of a malt profile in my opinion.
