On-tap 12/30/2021 at the brewery’s taproom in Providence, RI, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a hazy orange/gold color, with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains strong floral and dank hops, juicy tropical and citrus fruits and caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a strong floral and dank hops bitterness that is quickly followed by a strong juicy tropical and citrus fruit sweetness. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, decent kick, very good representation of style. This is a very good NEIPA to drink for a long time.
