Rest in peace, Beer On Earth. I only got to visit the brewery one time before they shit down for good a few weeks ago. So naturally when I saw this on the shelf at a local store after the fact I just had to pick it up. Let’s see how my (probably) final beer from this brewery is
Pours a cloudy yellow gold with 3 fingers of soapy off white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing
The nose is bright and floral, but still has a nice malt profile to back it up. I’m picking up on aromas of floral hops, orange marmalade, crackery malt, lemongrass, pithy grapefruit, honey, toasted grain, gooseberry, and light white pepper
It lacks the same vibrancy in taste unfortunately, making it feel a tad one dimensional. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting crackery malt, orange zest, lemon zest, light floral hops, and wildflower honey. The swallow brings notes of bready malt, lemon zest, green tea, peppery hops, and light orange zest
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a crisp beer. Finishes neutral and a bit then but still refreshing
This one is just okay, a bit too bland for my liking but not bad. It’s still a sad loss for the RI brewery scene

Really high quality beer, probably one of my top 5 of all time(For someone that spent time in Ghent, Belgium that says a lot). Very smooth w/nice balance on the hops, refreshing and invigorating after taste - just a great micro - really hope this brewer takes off this is definitely one of their best - going to save these in case they stop brewing them.
