To begin with, this place gives off a very weird vibe. This has to be the worst laid out bar/restaurant ever. It’s like walking into a haunted house. There are hardly any customers here, for good reason. You walk in the main entrance and have to walk to the back of the restaurant to order a drink or for them to even know you are there. Who’s dumb idea was it to hide the bar in the back? The information on the taps is slightly incorrect at times and looks like a three year old got a hold of MS Paint(Windows 95) and was given free reign. The bar itself is very poorly assembled and feels like it’s going to fall apart, not sturdy at all. I had the displeasure of talking to the owner Joe and it was not enjoyable. I have never met somebody who knew so little and thought they were so intelligent. I really just wanted him to leave me alone. The beer that is produced here is for lack of a better word HORRIBLE. The in house IPA was over priced and Way too hoppy. The food was boring old bar food and very expensive for the quality. I’m not used to paying so much for dive bar food. Everything about this restaurant/bar just says the owners have no idea what they are doing. From the lay out to the over priced beer and food, the dreadful customer service and damp personality the owner brings into the restaurant. I would just skip this place if you are visiting Corning. You are not missing anything special.

Store front brewpub on the quiet side of town. Rambling walk through the dining room to get to the small bar in the back left hand corner that seats 10. An additional game room is further back to the right of the bar. About 30 beers on tap, but only one of their own, which I did not try. Instead I had the Common Roots Space, and the Hamburg Irish Red... solid and ok in that order. Service was very friendly, but on the slow side. Food was salty, but the portion sizes were huge and very reasonably priced.

Definitely the worst experience I've ever had visiting a brewery. My friend (cook at 5 star restaurant) and I walked in and we were greeted and the manager showed us to our booth. We order our beer first and say we will be on separate checks. As far as their tap list goes it loaded with lots of beer (40 or so) and had a nice selection of craft brews however, their house beer was god awful. I can't remember all 3 of their own beers they had on tap but, their IPA was so terrible it was tough to get down. My friend and I order chicken wings as an appetizer and burgers as an entree. My friend knows how long each of these food items take to cook (by the way we're the only one in the place). We waited forever for chicken wings and then a lot longer for the burgers. The taste of the food was good but not worth the wait. On top of that the manager screwed up our tabs such as putting some of my friends beer/food on mine and vice versa. If this place had been busy I wouldn't have cared much but, the thing is we were the only customers in the place! When I confronted him about it he was a complete asshole and somehow thought he was right when he clearly wasn't. The waitress was awesome and very friendly. Horrible manager, horrible experience, and most of all horrible beer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
