Manistee has a history dating back to 1880 of mining for salt. Salt City Blonde is an ode to our city's history in the salt industry and was designed to be the beer you savor after a long day at work. 2-row and Pilsner malt along with a small amount of malted oats round out the grist while Mandarina hops provide the balance.
