The 2nd iteration of our High Bluff Porter. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter, nicely balanced. We used 2-row base malt along with Crystal, Caramel, and Chocolate malt. We hopped the porter with several varieties of hops: Amarillo, Azacca, Ekuanot, and Mount Hood.
