Another out of the way place. Small but cozy vibe. Tasters and flights available. Selection of beers varies in quality. Really hit or miss. But worth a stop if in SLC

Cool little spot almost under an overpass on the north side of town. Bottle shop in the foyer and small tasting room behind it with view of the brewhouse on the left. 8 or 10 beers on tap, I had the 2 IPAs which were very nice. Brewer was behind the bar, which made for an interesting and informative stop. Got the Phineas to go and enjoyed it very much with my dinner.

this place is super small, humble, and hard to find. a solid brewery from my experience with their beers before popping in, but maybe bumped down a peg after the experience. its a cool spot, a little shop up front, small tasting area in the center, and the bathrooms in the back. some neat art, on the labels and the walls, minimal and humble, and a cool view into the brew house, which is shockingly modest. the whole place looks cool but unfortunately smells like bile, like they need to vent some of the bacterial fermentation happening on the other side of the glass, its seeping in, and it makes the whole place smell kind of unappealing. that said, the spot is humble, the beer list is small but diverse, and our service from their tiny team was first rate. a very small selection, mostly wood aged sours on, but some curious other choices too, seemingly as many kettle soured picks as truly wild ones, despite the name, and all over the place from really great to approaching awful, a long way to go on quality overall for sure. i loved the clean seeming saison beers, while the barrel aged sours left something to be desired. a tough spot to find, a really workman like operation which i dig, and a reasonable comfortable spot, but the beers are either great or close to brutal, and thats too much variance to be in a hurry to get back to. i hope they make it because the ceiling remains high, but i dont know...
