On tap at the source - opaque yellow/orange honey color with frothy white head leaving scattered frosty lacing. Nose is juicy citrus and a bit of resin. Taste follows with a bit of malt and a rather dry finish with a lingering mild citrusy bitterness.
One of my Dunloe favorites.

Incredibly smooth and refreshing. Best served a little colder than usual. Taste isn't overbearing sweetness. Alcohal is a little bit noticable compared to others, however it doesn't outweigh the positives. The fact that it wont overpower you with flavor is a strong suit.
This brewery makes very solid beers for the price.

Sweet, tropical-citrus hoppy nose initially...dissipates a bit as it warms. Taste follows with a subdued, citrus-bitter finish that has some almost sour/tart notes that go along for the ride at the end. I guess this is from the Australian Summer hops. Not exactly a hazy...not exactly a westie, this is a "in-betweener". It has some really nice depth and soft feel to it! The sour/tart notes linger a bit after the citrus bitterness which takes away from the overall finish IMO. An easy drinker for a DIPA, unfortunately, the finish as it warms makes it not in my wheelhouse.
