Serving: 500 ml bottle poured into a Riedel Vinum Zinfandel glass.

Appearance: Hazy, light golden yellow with a sudsy head of bright white foam.

Smell: Mellow funky sour aromas with earthy dried apricot and peach.

Taste: Follows the nose with pleasant flavors of apricot and peach fruit leather, hints of oak and mild sour funk.

Mouthfeel: Light body and effervescent carbonation.

Overall: A pleasant, earthy sour with nice deep flavors of dried and ripe peach and apricot.

Bottle pour- opaque lemony yellow color with minimal white head and lacing. Nose is a bit funky and sour with stone fruit in the mix. Taste follows with more peach and apricot along with some oaky tannins lingering on a mildly sour finish.
