On-tap at Democracy Brewing, Boston, MA
A: The beer is very hazy pale light yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of cloves are present in the nose along with hints of bananas.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger notes of bananas.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly chewy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes a little more "wheaty" compared to others in the style. There are also lots of cloves and not as much bananas, which makes it less refreshing.
