Cloudy pale gold color. No head and little lace.
Very tart to the nose. Reminds me of freshly cut, green apples.
Smooth body with enough apples spritz to prevent it from being too sour. Still, it's plenty tart. I pick up a lot fresh pomegranate and lemon juice. I'm not usually a big fan of sours but this one is particularly good and well-balanced.
