Metric Brewing

 

Shopping center brewery with food truck. Corner location with windows on both sides give open feel. Straight bar along back wall seats about 20 with additional tables opposite the bar and on a patio along the left side of the building. 10 house beers and a half dozen guests. Friendly service.

 

Brand new brewery (7.22.18) here in Colorado Springs, and they are doing well in their first week. Jason, ex-quality control guy for Bristol, knows how to brew and is doing an interesting set of brown, (coffee milk) stout, a couple of different IPAs and some additional ones. Only real downside, early on, is its setting, in a mini-mall. Hard to see, find, and there's no vibe around it. BUT once inside the design isn't bad. Good space, good glass design, etc... a little lower oz pour options than I'd like...but a solid start. Check 'em out.
