Belgian Single. Collaborative brew with St. Patrick's church. This style was originally brewed by Trappist Monks for daily consumption within the monastery. Light in color with fruit and clove notes and a crisp, dry finish.

Pours a gold color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma is spicy and fruity. Taste is sweet fruit and tangy from the cloves. Crisp and dry. An excellent brew.
