Pours a dark brown color with a fairly weak head that dissipated very quickly. The aroma is definitely of smoked wood like you get when smoking meat. The taste is very reminiscent of smoked meat brisket with just a hint of sweetness on the side of your tongue. The body is a little weak but not so light that it takes away from the beer. Overall an excellent beer and very unique flavor. Would go really good with a BBQ burger, steak or ribs.
