We decided to make our 50th beer release an homage to one of our favorite movies, Point Break. We brewed this IPA using Galaxy hops (Australian hops because the 50 year storm hits Bells Beach). We also used thiolized yeast for the first time in this brew. You will get notes of peach, passion fruit, dank pink guava, and citrus zest from this aromatic gem.
