Served in a ten ounce pub glass.
Half finger of chewy espresso-like foam. Body is dark as night butbwith brown hues. Head persists well and leaves plenty of lace. 4.5
Sweet creamy chocolate on the nose. I can smell the lactose pretty well. 4
Similar to the nose, sweet, creamy and/or milky and with some chocolate flavors. Coffee makes a subtle appearance and vanilla adds another dimension. Quite nice. 4.25
Well-carbonated but still smooth and creamy. A light dusting of bitterness at the finish and a slightly dry finish add a good balance. 4.25
This beer does the trick all around. Great flavor and great feel, if perhaps a tad too aggressive with the carbonation. 4.25
