Inspired by German Pilsners, Bosque Lager quenches thirsty palates without sacrificing depth and character. Where this straw-colored, crisp, and brilliant lager deviates from tradition is in a noble hop dry-hop for a bright and floral aroma.

I don't know what they did to make this light lager taste so good but there it is—had this in Santa Fe. One finger heading with a cloudy gold color body. Good lacing. No bitterness or carbonation. I couldn't place one of the flavours. All I know is I liked it. Herbal and fruity characteristics on both taste and smell. Great beer.

Had on tap. Pale yellow somewhat murky pour complete with a white head and solid lacing. Smells of grass and lager malt. Taste adds cracker and hint of herbal hops. Feel is pale, medium bodied, muted crispness, and finishes dry.

A nice and light lager that has a distinctive taste. It’s easy drinking and makes a nice session beer. Available at checkout in 12 ounce cans. Las Cruces, NM Telshor location.

Very nice drinkable beer, but it absolutely shines as a cooking beer. Just made a fancy quesadilla with onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and italian sausage all fried in this beer and the taste is DIVINE. Fry the veggies and meat for your tex-mex dishes in this beer, then pair the very same with this beer, and you're in for a fantastic time.

Crystal clear body; light straw color; very lively carbonation producing a respectable head; sheets of foam along the glass. Fine herbal aroma with light cracker notes. Excellent light grain base flavor with a mild herbal note and a very good hop bitterness rounding things out. Medium-light in body; smooth with a slight gentle warmth; leaning towards the dry side at the finish.
A well-crafted thirst quenching lager.

The beer poured a clear yellow, with a large white head that dissipated quickly.
Floral, outdoorsy aroma. Sweet.
Fruity, floral, late hops.
Crisp and refreshing.

Big fan of Bosque, and what they are doing in the Albuquerque and Las Cruces. Pours super bright pale straw, loaded with carbonation, great head, tight and rocky bubbles, low lacing, 98% clear, spring showers, lavender, lemon bar, peaty, smoke, notes of cask, earthy, peppery, dry, and mild finish.

Poured from a can into a pint cup. Nice clear yellow topped with a pleasant, long lasting head and good lacing. Smell is slightly floral and not overly pronounced. The taste is crisp, a bit fruity and a nice bite at the end. Very nice lager beer.
