If you’ve been craving Acequia this time of year, you’re not alone. While the fan favorite wet-hopped IPA couldn’t visit this year, its dry-hopped brother is here. Dry Acequia has a dry, herbaceous nose to it with hints of dried spices that are followed by pine needles and citrus pith on the palate. Each sip is a hop experience that is best enjoyed watching the leaves turn and fall on an autumn day in New Mexico.

16 ounce pour at the Nob Hill Taproom.
A- Bright golden body, clear as water, frothy head. 5
S- Lemony, grapefruit burst, pine and resin, and a clear hop pellet punch. 4.25
T- The beauty is in the subtlety here, as it initially tastes of straight pone, resin and hop pellets, aka a bitter blast to the mouth. That by itself is enjoyable. But the citrusy undertones are are a sneaky surprise. 4
M- Bitter bomb. Piney and bitter and resinous and somewhat like eating a weed nugget. A nice citrusy zest and smoother exit round things out. 4.25
Another Bosque gem.
