Golden clear with thin white head
Smell is fruity faintly citrus and floral with a green pear aroma
The feel is semi dry and moderately bitter with mineral like chalkiness
Taste is citrus grapefruit like hop bitterness on the dry side with mild astringent a semi medicinal finish
Overall a good beer for my first taste of a brut Ipa...nice aroma and bitterness with a dry finish
