Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed golden pour with thin fizzy head. Nice ring of lacing.
S: Tropical and stone fruits. Hoppy and juicy.
T/F: Light malt/grain backbone. Strong tropical hop profile. Pineapple and mango mixed with stone fruits like peach/apricot. Mild citrus... very modest bitterness. Sticky on the tongue and well carbonated. More fruity hops at the finish.
O: A really nice NEIPA. My 1st beer from the brewery, but hopefully not my last. Very much enjoyed this brew.
