12oz can poured into Teku glass. Picked up from grocery store as part of a $11 sixer mixer. No date on can.

Appearance - Big white head with decent to low retention, and decent to weak patchy stick. 4

Smell - Rounded corn with that refreshing lime and salt underneath. 3.5

Taste - "When it hits your lips, it's so good!" My first drink in a few months. After that initial wave of good feelings passes, I can see this beer is pretty lacking in the taste department. Not bad, just mediocre, if not under par. A little bitter and stale in the aftertaste. 2.5

Mouthfeel - The aftertaste is unpleasant enough that it translates over to the mouthfeel somehow. Which is a generally clean finish, but that bitter, staleness left on the tongue makes it feel a bit astringent in effect. 2

Overall - I enjoy this style of beer, with the salt and lime premixed, but this isn't a particularly great example of it. It's not bad, but it's on the verge of being bad. 2.25
