Pale amber in the nonic with a faint mustache of foam. Not much carbonation, though adequate for a few sips until it seems to fade out. A soft and soapy mouthfeel.
An interesting bit hoppiness. After a few sips the bitterness becomes overwhelming. I"m not sure if this would appeal even to a hop fanatic. Quite a lemony flavor. The malt or wheat flavors seem to be more like a graininess. Sort of a dry, citrusy rye sensation. Not much for drinkability.
