A handcrafted, top-fermented India Pale Ale with a deep copper color, made with natural ingredients and the pure water from the Sierra Nevada mountains.
The malts used in its brewing impart a robust color and character, with hints of caramel and biscuit, combined with four English hops that contribute excellent bitterness with spicy, citrus, and herbal notes. The unique addition of spearmint lends a special freshness, enhancing the herbal flavor and balancing the maltiness of the grain.

Copenhagen 27/8 2017. 33 cl bottle brought home from Spain by my in-laws. Drawing of what looks like a strange stone tower or chimney on the label. A little past "the best before date".
Pours opaque hazy amber with big white head. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of creamy, dense foam. Massive lacing.
Aroma is quite weird for an IPA. Smells more like what I would expect for a bottle of cough drops than an IPA. Peppermint, ginger, licorice and a sharp sourness.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by quite strong bitter sourness.
A fairly strange brew. Not bad in it self - but I would not call it an Indian Pale Ale.
