DATE: June 28, 2025... OCCASION: kicking back in Gatlinburg with a local brew mix pack... GLASSWARE: chambered pint... pours a sallow yellow body teeming with tiny bubbles that build a frothy, roiling head white head.... settles into a thin sponge with coral lacing.... thin lemon, orange, and banana suggest a lightly-scented, mellowed fruitiness just short of distinguishable... thin, light, and bubbly, tangy and refreshing--effective in its goal, but not memorable... almost creamy more than zesty... lemon and orange alike, it hits like a wine spritzer, with zero wheat texture or nuance... I would love to endorse a beer more when I visit a locale, but this one doesn't move the needle, much less embrace the style... vacations will do a lot for average beer, though--prost!
