I had this beer on-tap in a tall glass at the taproom in Snohomish.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a dash of haze and a finger of eggshell foam atop.
Smell: light malt with a bit of graininess and a pronounced adjuncty rice aroma. Of course you expect that in the style, but this execution isn’t my favorite.
Taste: mild sweetness with some bitter astringency and a sort of plastic-ey rice adjunct flavor. I don’t love it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: yeah, as I sip on this one, it’s really not my cup of tea.
