Nyiaj Kub in Hmong stands for Money & Gold and this Pale Ale embodies the energy of life in every Hmong farmer.
Made from combination of Chinook / Cluster / Columbus hops, this Pale Ale is pleasant and light emanating an aroma of orange Kush. The beer has a soft texture on the palate. It finishes with a touch of honey and malt notes. Our Pale Ale is also lower in alcohol than our IPA making it a perfect beer to cheer in Hmong style: “one shot” or “casual shot” with friends and families.
To every farmer, this beer’s aroma reminds them of harvest time and celebrations. We plant in March and harvest in October or November which coincides with Hmong New Year. This time of hard work and celebration is the energy of life in every Hmong person.
