A classic Italian Pilsner thats as statsifing aa a big hug from Nonna. Conspired with Small Ace, She's a light-bodied mama made with Italian Adriatic Coastal Barley and Noble Hops. A Perfume of gentle citrus and spice wafts around the living room, while water cracker malts give a dry, crisp finish that lingers longer than nonnas lipstick on your cheeks. Nonna always says you need to eat more, so why not grab four.

A birthday beer from August 2022, drunk in February 2023.
L: Light, washed-out golden yellow. Bright, white head. Lots of carbonation races up the glass and lacing is left as I work my way in the opposite direction.
S: Light lemon citrus; creamy, bready crackers.
T: The citrus stands out a little more in the mouth and combines perfectly with the light, creamy cracker malt backbone. There's a just-more-than-moderate bitterness that tugs the coattails of the citrus and it sets the beer off really well. There's a slight detergent note right at the very end that I probably only picked up because I looked hard for it after sensing it once, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience or cause me to make things down.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, and carbonation is mild. Fits well with the beer.
O: While it looks slightly washed out in the glass, that is the only nitpick that I can find with this beer. Other than that, this is an extremely enjoyable pilsner.
Cheers!
