Perfectly approachable with floral, strawberry and melon notes and a notable hop finish. Our beloved house American Pale Ale is hazy and soft from oats, wheat, lactose and a double dry hop dose of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Huell Melon hops. Fermented with a blend of unique yeast strains for added flavor and depth.

Pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. Mild aroma of light citrus. Taste is also mild with citrus with a hint of hops too. Feel is good, a touch light on mouthfeel, but a clean finish. Overall it's a good beer and worth a try.

great the first time but they struggle with consistency, each 4 pack is really different. this one was 5 weeks off canning and tasted like the hops had dissipated quite a bit

7th review, perhaps the tie-breaker as BA'ers are split mid-4s and mid-3s, I am in the former camp as always seeking a softer, lighter abv but flavorful IPA/APA to share early in the day.
a) Pale golden yellow body, thick as a crayon, sporting suitable lasting, lacing, white thick head. 4.5
s) As promised melon, soft blossoms, pine needles and bark, shellac.
t) Follows aromas and adds cream of wheat, light pastry, confection, bakery.
f) Creamy, luscious, dessert like without being sweet.
o) Feminine, slightly thin and candied, a pale ale with plenty of flowery and fruity flavor. But too sweet for some.

Pours a slightly hazy light straw color, very nice foamy head that lingers. Aroma is a little soapy, I notice some lemon. Flavor is light citrus, floral, has a nice gentle creamy sweetness from the lactose. Good carbonation. Overall a very nice APA, would like to try fresh.

Aroma - clean citrus, light fresh pine, nectarine, honeydew melon.
Taste is similar with creaminess in taste and feel. Very soft with light medium carbonation. Overall, a solid, likeable pale ale with just the right amount of flavor.

Visually, it's a stunning beer. Like cloudy grapefruit juice. The notes are floral and promise juice. The mouthfeel also keeps up--smooth, full-bodied and silky. Sweet citrus flavor dominates--mango, strawberries and tangerine. On the negative side, way too much lactose. Over the course of a pint glass, the overt sweetness detracts from the other preferable fruit flavors.

a: murky burnt orange color with some copper and dark golden notes. head is nothing more than a film at the sides of the glass

s: ripe mango and sharp pineapple. huge burst of citrus as well as a sweet grainy notes. grass and tangerine as well as some apricot. really awesome aroma

t: big hit of pineapple upfront followed by mango, sweet peach, passionfruit and papaya. sweet oranges and a touch of earthy herbal bitterness - like tea leaf. slight hop burn at the end, but i think it actually works for the beer, helps to balance out the tropical hops. a crackery malt in the background as well

m: medium, fluffy yet effervescent mouthfeel with moderate carbonation

o: this is an excellent hazy Pale Ale. it hits all the notes, taste is spot on, and is very easy to drink. definite recommend

Modest one finger head of bright white foam, pocked surface, retention about average, close to no lacing. Mildly filmy golden amber color with a good many active, if scattered, bubbles visible. Nose of pure tangerine and pineapple to guava fruit, light and airy with good definition, cracker and peppercorns, good job of keeping the dankness fresh too and one element among many. Light-bodied, buoyed by pinpoint carbonation and grassy bite. The sting in the pineapple, guava, green apple fruit adds to the swift pacing across the palate. Complementary tangerine to pink grapefruit citrus. Crisp cracker in turn keeps it on the angular side. Crests well through the finish. Best of all is that it actually seems like APA and not an IPA wannabe. Ice cold could drink a few in a row no problem. (No canning date)
