Gluten-free pale ale brewed with sorghum and honey. El Dorado hops provide notes of fresh cut fruit while Cascade hops contribute citrus flavors. After fermentation, it's dry hopped with more El Dorado and Cascade and conditioned on over 40 pounds of fruit puree for even more flavor and depth. Crushable - not just for gluten intolerant friends.
