Juicy, hazy and dank - this super, duper Double IPA version of our flagship hazy pale ale is what you've been waiting for. Brewed with the Unicorn Girls recipe in mind, this enhanced version gets an ABV boost from more grain and a flavor boost from more Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Huell Melon dry hops. And just to make it that much super-er, we then double dry hop this brew with Citra for notes of pungent citrus, welcoming passionfruit and dripping mashed peaches. Saddle up - it's time to take a ride on the pony express.

Aroma - Mango, earthy, deep woody pine, mint and spicy.

Taste is similar with more tropical notes - kiwi, lime, minty pine and finishes with a bit of hop spiciness.

Overall, I'm not usually the biggest galaxy fan, but this was pretty damn good. Love that hop spiciness at the end of each sip.

Moderate clean white head with poor retention and close to zero lacing. The yellow liquid just passes translucency into opacity, a few random bubbles visible. Wonderfully floral nose equally infused with juicy pink grapefruit and lemon citrus, only trace dankness, fully ripened mango, papaya to peach fruit scents, lingers well. Medium to full-bodied, the carbonation provides a steady prickle which relieves some weight. Starts off pretty darn sweet with molasses, honey accents. Finds enough cracker and grassiness to create balance. Citrus here more sour, leaning towards white grapefruit and lime. Florality less standout, woven into the whole. Apricot and peach take the lead over papaya. Leaves the palate fresh thus high drinkability given the ABV. Like it a lot. (No canning date, please start dating)
