Appearance: Arrives a cloudy honey color with just a hint of blackberry juice in the liquid; the head is slim but leaves a few speckles
Smell: Tart wheat and blackberry aromatics with just a hint of toffee
Taste: Taste follows the aroma, with the tart wheat and sweet-sour blackberry flavors prominent on the opening; just a touch of toffee sweetness emerges, as well; the back end has a hint of salt and a tart finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with medium to high carbonation; a bit of a pucker
Overall: Well balanced and enjoyable
