We're sure many of beers were drank and spilled at the Habitation in Port-Royal. As the first settlement in North America in 1605, we felt it was right to pay tribute to this integral part of our nations history. This traditional style Pilsner beer was brewed using traditional pilsner malt and the Noble hop Saaz. This is a smooth drinking crisp light beer with more than enough flavor...even for a seasoned craft beer lover.

Clear gold with a large head for a Pilsner. Fresh cereal malt nose, a little fruity. Light-medium malt body, refreshing with just the right amount of bitterness. Great crispness, encouraging repeated tastes. Gone much too quickly!
