It's in a former firehouse, neighboring a distillery. The brewery is visible in the back. The entire space somehow manages to be spacious and cozy. It's worth a visit, and the staff is friendly.

Eclectic choices from a porter to Berlinerweisse , and Belgian wit. Maybe 10 in total. I believe this is the tasting room for a nearby farm . Very casual , nice mixed crowd, family friendly. Clean facilities. Outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas, games. I’ll definitely be back.

Cool brewery in rehabbed fire house with massive garage door opening to patio area. L-shaped standing bar on right belly ups at least 20 with 4 communal table in truck bay. Very laid back vibe. A dozen beers on tap, the two I had were solid.

I decided to take a beer crawl in Riverhead, NY with my crew on a rainy Saturday. Riverhead is at the juncture of the two forks of Long Island and has at least four breweries with serving areas (Crooked Ladder, Moustache, North Fork, and Long Ireland) with a fifth (Long Beard) under construction. Crooked Ladder, Moustache, and North Fork are all within a short walk of one another, so after spending some time at Crooked Ladder and Moustache, my party headed over to North Fork.
Located in a repurposed fire house on East 2nd St in Riverhead, Long Island, North Fork has a large, airy service area. Unfortunately, our server was given two different flights for 3 patrons, but seemingly gave us all the same thing. With 8 to ten taps, including one for root beer (for the kids), as well as several locally sources wines, the selection was very good.
The place was hopping but the seating so ample, we didn't feel in the least bit crowded. The beers were generally very good. Plenty of space for a large party and a fun party atmosphere all contribute to the vibe. Note, it appears that Long Beard Brewing is building a serving space on the other side of this former house, which will be interesting to say the least. Definitely worth a look.
