We combined certain aspects of our base stouts and Moksa's Pastry Mode stout and then conditioned it on one pound per gallon of raw & toasted coconut, Madagascar & Mexican vanilla beans and cinnamon to create a space aged coconut cinnamon toast crunch of a beer.

Opened bottle in sink due to Untappd suggestions. Gusher. Big, 3 inch head once poured. Smell is cinnamon and chocolate. Flavor follows suit, with a nice amount of vanilla and adding coconut as it warms with a big sweetness. Feel is an overly carbonated, medium bodied stout. Decent
