Appearance: A clearish, rich amber-hued body with a whitish head.
Smell: Big bready maltiness with an accent of caramel and faint, far-off hint of spice.
Taste: Richly bready, toasted grains, moderate malt sweetness of blonde caramel. Scantly spicy, herbal-minded hops. Semi-dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: I'd prefer something a bit leaner, brighter, and it's a smidge sweet for me. Still, in a world of glooped-up, janky beers, it'll do, I guess.
