Not everyday at the office can be a party, but with Corporate Ladder Brewing keeping the gluten-free concoctions flowing, then everyday can be a party ...for the tastebuds.
Pouring sunny gold and with the visual density of mashed potatoes, Office Party immediately swoons the senses with a cream laces scent of vanilla, coconut, pineapple, coconut and citrus. Sweet with the character of vanilla cream soda, a fruit punch character brings flavors of ice cream, sherbet and cider soaked tropical fruits.
And under current of cider and white wine add a tangy level of sourness that highlights the fruit additions of pineapple and coconut while a balance of cinnamon and seemingly nutmeg and vanilla sooth the middle palate with creamy spice. As the session concludes, the spicy tartness adds a much needed balance to the session while it also finishes sweet and creamy soda-like.
Full bodied, creamy and smooth, the drink is tasty and bold, but falls short of refreshing the palate or quenching the thirst. It's good to know that the gluten-free contingency can now come to the office party.
